Another expression from our experimental series, this is our Two Islands

Islay Cask whiskey that has spent additional in secondary maturation in

Islay Whisky Casks and has been bottled at the barrel proof of 122.4. The

additional proof magnifies the fruit and sherry-like attributes of the

whiskey while still letting the subtle rich smokiness take its turn.
