Batch 1PP (Preferred Proof. 108 Proof)

This is our third limited-edition release with OJ Lima from Taste Select Repeat, and the first time our whiskey's been used for a collaborative project. To make Kinfolk Trust, Lima sources barrels from his favorite independent distillers and NDPs, then blends and bottles them here at the distillery. For Batch 1, Lima blended four barrels sourced from Bainbridge and Dark Arts Whiskey House (KY). Each batch of Kinfolk Trust is offered at CS (Cask Strength) and PP (Preferred Proof). This ongoing collaboration will be released three times per year in limited quantities.
