These 59-gallon barrels are custom made for Bainbridge with a No. 3+ char and toasted heads, and the whiskey ages 7-8 years before being bottled un-chill filtered and at Bottled-In-Bond 100 Proof.

Intense cinnamon and baking spice, fresh cut cedar and brandied cherries on the nose, dark chocolate, rose water, red fruits at the palate, finishing with cooling eucalyptus and menthol, warm spice.
