FIRST RELEASE! ARROW POINT FOUR GRAIN BLENDED WHISKEY

We are rightly proud to release this newest member of the Bainbridge Distillers family, ARROW POINT FOUR GRAIN BLENDED WHISKEY. We’ve has been working on this project for 5 years, waiting util the whiskies intended this blend were at their perfect flavor and finish. The grain bill for ARROW POINT is 62% wheat, 23% corn, 11% rye and 4% barley. All grains are USDA Certified Organic, grown in Washington state’s Walla Walla valley and the whiskey is crafted from grain to glass right here in our artisan distillery on Bainbridge Island. The youngest whiskey in this ARROW POINT release is 6 years old the oldest is 9 years old.

The color of this whiskey is a rich, warm amber, and the nose is rich in spicy rye and wheat notes backed up by a fresh corn earthiness. Palate opens bright and clean, with hints of corn sweetness, smooth and vibrant wheat, a touch or rye baking-spice and a bedrock of sturdy barley. Finish is medium-long in length while the sweet and savory grain notes play out and cooling eucalyptus rolls in and then dissipates.
